Eric Burke - Lee
Eric Burke is excited to be back at 6th Street and to be presenting this wonderful play again. 2008 was a busy and rewarding year for Eric. As well as “True West,” Eric appeared in “Guantanamo,” “On The Road,” Death Of A Salesman,” and most recently a sucessful run of “Glengarry Glen Ross.” He is a graduate and recently named faculty member of The Meisner Technique Studio.”
Edward McCloud - Austin
Edward has been working in film and theater for the past 15 years. Beginning as a sound designer and actor in theater then moving to film as a sound editor with American Zoetrope and Sound Inc.
His film and television work as an actor includes numerous performances for the History Channel, several independent film shorts most notably "Sweet Insanity," "Happy LIfe," and "Guy Stuff".
Recent stage projects include: Floyd Knowles in "The Grapes of Wrath" at 6th Street Playhouse, Michael in" Two Rooms" with the Loading Zone, and Weiller in Elliot Fintashel's "Aleph's Legs," also with the Loading Zone.
He is a recent graduate of the Meisner Technique School of Acting in San Francisco where he was taught by Jim Jarrett, the last teaching protege of the great Sanford Meisner.
Al Liner - Saul
Al Liner is a veteran Sonoma County actor who has been in over 40 stage productions in and around the county. Also during the past 20 years Al has been featured in over 30 films. His most recent is "Bottle Shock" in which he worked with Alan Rickman.

Lennie Dean - Mom
Lennie Dean received an MFA in Acting from Temple University, Advanced Actor Training Program, in Philadelphia and has been part of the theater scene here in Santa Rosa for forty years. She co-founded and was artistic director of the Marquee Theatre, and founder and artistic director of Studio Be Theatre. She has acted, taught, directed, worked as dramaturge, and produced for several different companies. Lennie was in the very first season of Summer Repertory Theatre where she played Essie in Ah! Wilderness. Some of her favorite roles include Meg in The Hostage, Josie in Moon for the Misbegotten, Benarda in House of Benarda Alba and April in Hot L Balitmore. Lennie was last seen in a full production in 2003 as Corliss in Chemisrty of Change, (another of her very faves) at Cinnabar Theatre. She is very excited to be get back on the boards with this company and to work on this great Sam Shepard play!
David Lear - Director
David Lear is Artist in Residence/Technical Director of the 6th Street Playhouse. Over the past 3 years, he has been under contract with 6SP to direct one production per season; he also is scenic designer for 2 of the season's productions. He has been with Actor's Theatre for 9 years. Most recently, he has designed and directed: Smell of the Kill, Top Dog/Under Dog and Little Shop of Horrors. David is a founding member of The Loading Zone, an intimate black box theatre in Railroad Square.
PAULETTE RYAN STAKER - Stage Manager
Paulette has worked in Sonoma County theater for over 18 years. Since 1994, she has worked on 95 productions for local companies, among them 6th Street Playhouse, Santa Rosa Players, Sonoma Valley Shakespeare Festival, Odyssey Theatre, and more. She served on the Board of Directors for Santa Rosa Players for 8 years and is a founding member of 6th Street Playhouse. In 2008, Paulette stage managed The Music Man, Youth In Revolt: The Adventures of Nick Twisp and The Nutcracker. She was also seen as the wife of Dr. Horus Hopper at The Hopper House of Horror and is currently stage managing The Scene at 6th Street Playhouse
DAVID MAROUL -Sound Design
Recording and Visual artist David Maroul’s venture into sound production began as a simple desire to be able to create and record his own music 20 years ago. Since then he has produced numerous sound and video projects. Most recently, David toured China and Southeast Asia marrying his video compilations to music in live performances and shot a video for his electronic based Arc Rev One instrumental called “Apex Celeste” in Tibet. His released music also includes the 5 song EP David Joseph Maroul / Acid Country and a full length album with his band Acid Country entitled “Talk About Space.”
